It encourages aerial roots to attach, absorb moisture, and anchor securely—supporting strong, healthy and lush vertical growth from the pot up.
 
This chunky, breathable mix features coarse orchid bark, perlite, coir chips with natural fibres, charcoal, premium spagmoss, and NZ's own natural tree fern fibre, offering the ideal combination of moisture retention, aeration, and textural grip. The fibrous elements of the coco chips and fern fibre closely mimic the forest textures that tropical climbers naturally cling to, giving your plants the best support for strong root anchoring and hydration along their vertical journey.
 
The result is a living, supportive structure that keeps roots hydrated and oxygenated while preventing compaction or rot.
