We are happy to accept Dyna-Gro Product & Bio Leaf Product orders from our Australian customers and offer International Air Freight on all orders.

Unfortunately, due to Australian import restrictions we are unable to ship any tree fern products.

How to check the shipping cost to Australia.

To check the shipping cost:

  1. Select the products you wish to purchase from our Online Shop.
  2. After you have selected your products, navigate to the Shopping Cart and select Australia for the Ship To Option.
  3. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically.
  4. All currencies on the website are nominated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Processing your order.

Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days on receipt of payment confirmation. Most orders are dispatched the same day we receive payment. Confirmation of payment normally happens within a few minutes after you have completed your transaction.

Delivery to Australia and Australian Territories

All orders are posted by air mail and delivered within 7 - 14 working days. You will receive a notification email from us once your products have been dispatched.

Delivery times provided are an estimate only and may vary. Delays may occur because of holidays, bad weather, customs or as a result of an increased volume of parcels due to peak periods.
