Silicon & Potassium Supplement for Stronger, More Resilient Plants
SUPERthrive® Pro-TeKt® is a highly concentrated potassium silicate solution designed to strengthen plants from the inside out. It supplies soluble silicon (Si) and potassium (K) to support stronger cell walls, improved stress tolerance, and overall plant resilience.
Silicon is not classified as an essential nutrient, but extensive research shows it plays a powerful role in plant health. When available, silicon is deposited in plant tissues, helping to improve stem strength, leaf rigidity, and resistance to environmental stress such as heat, cold, drought, and physical damage.
Pro-TeKt is suitable for use in soil, soilless mixes, semi-hydro, and hydroponic systems, and works best when used alongside a complete fertiliser programme.

How to Use (Metric – NZ Friendly)
- Maintenance / General Use
Mix 0.3–0.6 mL per litre of water
Use with regular watering or nutrient feeds
- Hydroponic & Semi-Hydro Systems
Mix 0.6–1.3 mL per litre of water
Adjust final solution pH to suit the crop

Mix 0.6 mL per litre of water

Important Mixing Instructions (Very Important)
- Always add Pro-TeKt to water first
- Never mix Pro-TeKt directly with concentrated nutrients
- After Pro-TeKt is fully diluted, add other fertilisers
- Pro-TeKt will raise pH – adjust pH after all nutrients are added
- Correct mixing prevents nutrient lock-up and ensures silicon remains plant-available.

Silicon vs Calcium – What’s the Difference?
Silicon (Si)
