SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
DELIVERY & DISPATCH
We send our orders from Monday through to Friday, excluding public holidays. 99.9% of the time, if you place an order before 1 pm we will endeavour to send it on the same day. All parcels are sent using an overnight service otherwise your order will be sent the following day.
Your order should arrive within 2 to 3 days of dispatching. Rural deliveries may take a day longer than urban deliveries.
Events out of our control like COVID-19 and natural disasters can affect the delivery times.
We take great care to package your products so that they arrive without being damaged. If you receive your goods and they have been damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible and we would appreciate you sending us a photograph showing the damages.
We will replace all goods proven to be damaged in transit.
If something does not look ‘right’ when you open your product please contact us immediately and we will advise you on the returns process.
